Brief

The course will show the importance of planning emergency situations and manage activities while crisis situations. Will give introduction to the international requirements of an emergency plan, how to manage press and media in crucial situations, how to support victims and rebuild liability after an incident happens. Newest focus topics like aircraft hijacking and terrorism will be discussed. Either case studies including Swissair MD11, Manchester B737, Vienna A310, Gerona B757, Birmingham C601, Indian Airlines A300 and World Trade Centre Attack will be presented and discussed to give an important understanding of situation on the world.
