Aim of training
To instruct the airport personnel performing security screening about the provisions of International Air Transport Association (IATA) “Dangerous Goods Regulations”.

The airport security staff performing security screening of passengers and their baggage, cargo and mail as well as control and supervision of the above work.

Benefits
On completion of this course the personnel will be able to recognize dangerous goods in passengers’ baggage, to identify the hidden indications and assess the threat level within their competence; the personnel will know what requirements apply to the baggage of passengers and crew; will be able to act in emergency situations caused by the incidents with dangerous goods.
After a successfully passed test the trainees will receive a certificate with a validity term of 2 years.

Course duration
8 hours, including the knowledge assessment test.
