The “Welcome to Riga” office is located on the 1st floor of the arrivals area “E”.
At this office, you can
- purchase the airport passengers loyalty cards “RIX Club”, city tourist cards "Riga Card" (use of public transport and for visits to different museums www.rigacard.lv), phone cards, mobile telephone prepaid cards
- make reservations for hotels, hostels, and apartments in Riga (Old Riga, Riga Centre, Riga silent centre), and in Pārdaugava and Jūrmala). There is no booking fee.
- send or receive a fax, get photo copies; a document scanning service is available
- register for a tour of the airport
