Passenger loyalty card RIX Club offers special service to economic class passengers who want to use the advantages available till now only for the business class passengers in the RIGA International Airport. This service will help to save your time.
Passenger loyalty program provisions.
To become the owner of the RIX Club card you have to go to the information centre of the RIGA International Airport and perform the payment for purchase of the card. A card will be prepared for you and you’ll be able to receive it in the airport in the office “Welcome to Riga!”. Your signature is required on the cards and then you can start using it.
To receive privileges offered by the card, you have to present the cards before the receipt of service, payment for the purchase or use of the special offer.
Privileges rendered with the RIX Club card can use and receive only the person whose name and surname is indicated on the card. Handing over of the card to other persons for use isn’t authorized.
To receive all privileges offered by the card, please inform us about the changes in the personal information (change of name, surname and contact information).
RIX Club card price is 129 LVL and it is valid for 1 year from the moment of purchase (to the last day of the validity term month indicated on the card inclusive).

* The offer is valid for 1 month following expiry of your first RIX Club card.
RIX Club cards are not automatically prolonged and made after the end of validity term thereof. After the purchase and making of the cad money is not returned.
In case the card gets lost You have to turn personally to the airport in the office “Welcome to Riga!” or contact us P: 67207999 or .
Replacement cost of the card is 15 LVL. After the purchase and making of the cad money is not returned.
The airport is entitled to arrest a card if there is suspicion that it is fake.
