- The clients should pre-book VIP Centre services by sending an e-mail or a fax message not less than 6 hours before the event (we do not guarantee provision of the service if it is booked less than 6 hours prior to the event.)
- Please secure the service reservation by a credit card or a 100% prepayment.
- The clients who cancel the pre-booked service at least 2 hours before the event will not be charged for the service.
- The clients who cancel the pre-booked service less than 2 hours before the event will be charged full price of the service.
