Pupils and students



Riga International Airport offers practice options for students if the tasks of the practice comply with the particularity of company’s work. The director of the respective department makes the decision about accepting of the student for practice after evaluation of the documents submitted by the applicant, as well as of opportunity to ensure qualitative organization of practice. The trainee doesn’t receive the salary when performing the practice duties unless there are no other stipulations in the practice contract between the trainee and the company. Before the practice the trainee has to submit an authority certificate of good conduct (requirement of normative acts of aviation branch) and to acquire the initial training (labour safety, regulations of the establishment).

Help in elaboration of scientific paper

Riga International Airport willingly help with informative materials for pupils and students in elaboration of scientific papers and projects. If information is required that can’t be found in the website of the Riga International Airport then please send an e-mail to the address E-mail must contain the name, surname of the pupil or student, educational establishment, aim and title of the work, interested questions. Taking into account the load of employees, we ask to get in touch with the representative of the airport in time – at least three weeks in advance.
