The Riga International Airport Training Centre was opened in 2000. It was created with aim to deliver professional training to the airport employees in appropriate environment and quality. From 2017 RIX Training centre is official training centre of Airport Council International.

RIX Training Centre provides training courses to its employees, as well as education for the industry professionals. We offer training programmes developed at the airport and approved  according to the requirements of the effective laws and regulations.

All the instructors are experienced specialists in their respective subjects.

The RIX Training Centre cooperates with other Latvian and foreign training centres by working on common educational projects.

  • To maintain an appropriate level of professional knowledge and skills.
  • To provide career opportunities for the employees.
