- The service is available by prior reservation via e-mail no later than 24 hours in advance of the service delivery. We cannot guarantee the service if the request form is submitted later;
- Please secure your reservation by credit card or with a 100% prepayment;
- Customers who cancel the service and advise the Airport thereof no less than six hours before the service delivery will be refunded for the services not provided. Exception: payment for coffee breaks;
- Customers who cancel the service less than six hours before the service delivery or do not show up will be charged the full price of the service.
