Who can check in?

Self-service kiosks can be used by customers of airBaltic, Lufthansa, SAS, Finnair and LOT Polish Airlines. Each airline has its own rules about the starting time and closing of check-in, therefore, we recommend you to read them on the website of the airline before your check-in.

You cannot check in for your flight in a self-service kiosk, if

  • if you need a visa for the country of your destination and your passport data must be secured by the airline prior to departure (e.g., Russia, Belarus, Uzbekistan, United Arab Emirates);
  • the passenger is less than 18 years old, travelling unattended by an adult (18+ years old);
  • the passenger asked for special assistance services or medical aid;
  • passengers travelling in a group of 10 or more persons;
  • passenger travelling with an infant.

Can I check in my baggage?

You cannot check in your baggage in the self-service kiosk. You can do this at the baggage drop-off desk.

Passengers travelling only with hand baggage, after checking in at the kiosk can proceed to the security clearance and then to the aircraft.

How do I check in at the self-check-in kiosk?

Self-check-in is similar to online check-in on the websites of airlines, this will take only a couple of minutes:

  • choose your airline;
  • enter your booking reference and surname;
  • choose a seat;
  • wait until your boarding pass is printed out.
In case of uncertainty or questions, please contact the airport information office located in the check-in sector on floor 2!
