Attention! Until April 6 only essential travel to Latvia is permitted. Passengers can enter Latvia by air only if they present a negative Covid-19 PCR test, which has been taken no more than 72 hours before boarding the aircraft to Latvia! Before entering Latvia or travelling in transit, fill in the e-confirmation on Covidpass.lv! Regular flights to/from non-European countries that are not on the European Commission's list of safe countries, are not permitted. Those who have arrived from the countries, for which the cumulative number of COVID-19 exceeds 50, must self-isolate for 10 days upon arrival in Latvia even if the Covid-19 test result is negative. The list of countries is published on www.spkc.gov.lv.
To make the time spent at the Airport enjoyable and carefree, we are kindly inviting passengers to arrive at the Airport at least two hours before their flight!
Who can check in?
Self-service kiosks can be used by customers of airBaltic, Lufthansa, SAS, Finnair and LOT Polish Airlines. Each airline has its own rules about the starting time and closing of check-in, therefore, we recommend you to read them on the website of the airline before your check-in.

Can I check in my baggage?
You cannot check in your baggage in the self-service kiosk. You can do this at the baggage drop-off desk.
Passengers travelling only with hand baggage, after checking in at the kiosk can proceed to the security clearance and then to the aircraft.
