Please pay attention!
- The Express service is only available to passengers travelling with hand luggage only
- We do not guarantee the service if it is applied for later than 24 hours before the arrival/departure
- Please secure your booking by a credit card or with a 100% prepayment
- When choosing the Classic service, arrival at the VIP Centre no later than an hour before your departure
- The service price applies to the stay in the VIP Centre for 2 hours before the scheduled time of departure or for 2 hours after the actual time of arrival
- Customers who cancel the pre-booked service at least two hours before the arrival/departure time will not be charged for the service
- Customers who cancel the pre-booked service less than two hours before the arrival/departure time will be charged full price of the service
- The Airport reserves the right to deny the services, giving a prior notice
- If the flight is delayed, no additional fee is charged
- All prices include VAT 21%
