To help us deliver great service quality, please make sure to book the PRM service at least 48 hours before the scheduled flight. The most convenient way to do this is to inform your airline at the moment of purchasing flight tickets – either at the airline's office, on its website, or at the travel agency servicing you.

What if I purchased my ticket less than 48 hours before my flight?

If you bought your ticket less than two days before your flight, you’ll have to request the PRM service at the Airport. You can do this:

  • at the information centre in the check-in hall;
  • at the check-in desks;
  • at the special call points located in the car park P1 (on the 1st floor) and in the car park P3.

Another way to book the PRM service at Riga Airport is by sending an application to the e-mail address [email protected].

Each application is read carefully by our trained PRM Assistance Team to have the right help and equipment ready for you. Our staff will make the best possible arrangements to get you on your aircraft and in the air.

Booking the service at the last minute involves a risk

that we will not be able to guarantee the same level of service quality that you would receive if a timely reservation had been made. This may also imply longer waiting times (up to 45 minutes).
