If the departure time specified in the booking has been exceeded, you can pay the difference for the exceeded time on the spot in the car park at one of the self-service cash registers or by using the Mobilly application. In such case, the fee for the additional time will be withheld according to the price list, when paying for the service on the spot (8 EUR/24h).

If you have not yet entered the car park and it is at least 2 hours before your planned entry time, you can change the date/time of the booking in the Manage booking section of the e-shop, by indicating the purchase number and your e-mail address. When changing the date/time of the booking, if you shorten the period of the original booking, we will return the amount of money for the part of the shortened period to the bank account specified by you within 14 days; if you extend the period of the original booking – you will only be charged for the price difference.

Up to 2 hours before your planned entry time, you can cancel the booking in the Manage booking section of the e-shop, indicating the purchase number and e-mail. The money for the cancelled booking will be returned within 14 days.

When making a purchase, select the option "I would like to receive an invoice" in the "Personal details" section. If you do not check this option at the time of purchase, the invoice will not be prepared automatically, and we will be able to prepare it for you manually if you send a request to [email protected] within 15 days from the date of purchase. We can only issue invoice after the purchese to the person who purchased the service. Invoices for legal entities must be requested at the time of purchase.
