Ryanair Will Fly from Riga to Milan

Presently it is possible to go by Ryanair from Riga Airport to 12 direct destinations – Bremen, Bristol, Dublin, Eastmidland, Frankfurt, Glasgow, Liverpool, London, Shannon, Stockholm, Tampere and Milan (Bergamo).

The Irish low fare airline in 2007 carried 25.3% of the total amount of passengers of Riga Airport or 800,449 passengers.

Flights to Milan (Malpensa) are also made by the Latvian National Airline airBaltic. Last year Milan as a final destination was chosen by 57,562 passengers constituting 2% of the total amount of passengers carried by Riga Airport.

At present it is possible to fly from Riga to two Italian cities – the capital city Rome and Milan.
