Lost your baggage or personal belongings? Here’s what to do:

  • If you have lost your personal belongings in the territory of the airport, please contact the Information Centre. For calls from Latvia, the phone number is 1817 (call fee for LMT customers is EUR 0.64/min (incl. VAT)), the phone number for international calls is +371 29311817;
  • If you left your belongings in the aircraft cabin, please contact the relevant airline;
  • If your baggage has not arrived with you, please contact the relevant baggage service.
