Before entering the car park, monitors display real-time information about the number of available spaces in each row. This allows you to find the nearest available space more quickly and head to your departure without unnecessary delays.
Availability is shown using three levels: more than 5 spaces available (green); fewer than 5 spaces available (yellow); no spaces available (0, red).

A convenient mobile car wash and interior cleaning service is available at all RIX car parks, provided by our partner, WashCar.

• A 50 kW DC fast charging station is available before entering the P3 long-term car park.

• Two EVlink Pro charging stations with four sockets, each with a rated power of 7.4 kW, are available in the P3 long-term car park.

How to use the service

1. Enter the P3 car park and go to the parking operator.
2. The parking operator will show you where the charging point is located and open the barrier to give you access.
3. Pay at the parking payment machine by selecting the “EV charging” option, then connect your car to the charging station.
4. Charging will stop automatically when the selected payment amount has been reached or when the car is fully charged.
5. Disconnect your car from the charging station when you return from your trip.

The Mobilly app is required to charge your vehicle.

Starting a charging session
1. Connect the vehicle to the charging station.
2. Scan the QR code located on the charging station.
3. In the app, tap “Start charging”.

Stopping a charging session
4. In the app, tap “Stop charging”.
5. Disconnect the vehicle from the charging station.
6. Coil the charging cable and place it in the designated holder.

• First 10 min – free of charge (available once every 24 h, if you exit within 10 min)
• Up to 30 min – €2.00
• Each additional 30 min – €1.50
• From 9.5 to 24 h – €29.00
• Each subsequent 24-hour period – €29.00

Pay for parking at the payment machine by cash or card.

Passengers and visitors with reduced mobility can park their car free of charge for 30 min in the designated PRM parking spaces in the P1 short-term car park. To use the service free of charge, the parking user must present the entry ticket and a Latvian or international disabled parking permit at the Airport Visitor Centre, located in the E Arrivals Hall. If the parking period exceeds 30 min, the additional time is subject to a fee. The free parking period can be used once every 24 hours.
