The service must be booked at least 24 hours before the scheduled time of arrival/departure of your flight.

  • We cannot guarantee the service if you have booked it less than 24 hours before arrival/departure
  • Please secure your booking by credit card or with a 100% prepayment
  • Please arrive no later than an hour before departure
  • The price of the service includes the passenger’s stay at the VIP Centre for two hours before the scheduled time of departure or for two hours after the actual time of arrival
  • The price of the service includes checked baggage the limit set by the airline. An additional fee will apply for any checked baggage exceeding the airline's permitted limit, in accordance with the price list
  • For service during nighttime (01:00–05:00), an additional fee per reservation is applied in accordance with the price list, regardless of the number of passengers
  • Customers who cancel the pre-booked service and advise the Airport thereof no less than two hours before arrival/departure will be refunded for the services not provided
  • Customers who cancel the pre-booked service less than two hours before arrival/departure time will be charged the full price of the service
  • A surcharge for staying at the VIP Centre outside the booked time interval will be calculated according to the price list. An exception to this is applied if your flight is delayed due to weather or technical problems with the aircraft
  • The prices apply to the passenger’s stay at the VIP Centre for two hours before the scheduled time of departure or two hours after the actual time of arrival
  • The Airport reserves the right to refuse service
  • The price includes VAT 21%
