If the departure time specified in the booking has been exceeded, you can pay the difference for the exceeded time on the spot in the car park at one of the self-service cash registers or by using the Mobilly application. In such case, the fee for the additional time will be withheld according to the price list, when paying for the service on the spot (10 EUR/24h or 7 EUR/24h from the second day).

If you have not yet entered the car park and it is at least 2 hours before your planned entry time, you can change the date/time of the booking in the Manage booking section of the e-shop, by indicating the purchase number and your e-mail address. When changing the date/time of the booking, we will return the amount of the original booking to the bank account specified by you within 14 days, and you will have to pay for the new booking.

If you have already entered the car park, you can pay the difference for the exceeded time on the spot in the car park at one of the self-service cash registers or by using the Mobilly application.

Up to 2 hours before your planned entry time, you can cancel the booking in the Manage booking section of the e-shop, indicating the purchase number and e-mail. The money for the cancelled booking will be returned within 14 days.

When making a purchase, select the option "I would like to receive an invoice" in the "Personal details" section. If you do not check this option at the time of purchase, the invoice will not be prepared automatically, and we will be able to prepare it for you manually if you send a request to [email protected] within 15 days from the date of purchase. We can only issue invoice after the purchese to the person who purchased the service. Invoices for legal entities must be requested at the time of purchase.

If you have entered the car park before the time specified in your booking, you can pay the difference for entering before the booked time on the spot at the car park operator by presenting the entry ticket. In such case, the fee for the additional time will be withheld according to the price list, when paying for the service on the spot (10 EUR/24h or 7 EUR/24h from the second day).
