Airline passengers have certain rights with regards to damaged baggage, prolonged delays and cancellations of flights, denied boarding, travelling with passengers with reduced mobility and other situations. These rights apply to regular flights, charters (domestic and international), as well as the budget airlines.

This right is valid only if your booking has been confirmed and you have arrived for check-in on time - as indicated on your ticket or at least 45 minutes before the specified departure time!
