From 27 October the Irish budget airline Ryanair is commencing flights from Brussels to Riga

Ryanair will fly to Charleroi Brussels South Airport on Mondays and Fridays. The airline expects in a year’s time to achieve a passenger turnover of at least 20 000 pax on this route.

Ryanair already flies to 11 destinations from Riga: to Bristol, Nottingham, Glasgow, Liverpool, London, Dublin, Milan, Stockholm, Tampere, Frankfurt and Bremen.

The Latvian national carrier airBaltic also operates flights to Brussels.
