Estonian Air will renew flights from Riga

In the summer season the Estonian carrier will renew flights from Riga to Tallinn. In honour of opening the route on Monday, 26 March, at 14.00 a press conference will be held at Riga International Airport.

The press conference will take place in the VIP Centre conference hall of Riga International Airport. It will be attended by Aldis Mūrnieks, Member of the Board of Riga International Airport, Mati Vaarmann, Ambassador of Estonia, Tero Taskila, CEO of Estonian Air, and Sven Kukemelk, the business analyst of the airline. 

Tero Taskila, CEO of Estonian Air, will inform the media representatives about Estonian Air’s new strategy. During 2012-2013 Estonian Air will focus on strengthening the company’s economical situation and restructuring, aiming of increasing competitiveness as a network carrier hub and to firm its position in Scandinavia and the Baltics.
Estonian Air focuses on improving the connection between Estonia and the rest of the world. In 2012 Estonian Air increases flight frequencies and open new destinations in European’s most important cities as well as regional centres in Scandinavia.
