Riga Airport opens its reconstructed VIP Centre.

Today, on 18 December, Riga Airport opens its reconstructed VIP Centre. The reconstruction will help bring VIP services in line with the European VIP service standards. The newly built annexe is connected with the existing building forming a single complex with a lobby and administrative centre, expanding the total area to 2060 m2. In the new facility passengers will be able to carry out all the necessary formalities before and after their flight. In the enlarged VIP Centre the services will be also provided to non-Schengen passengers in transit.

  Andis Damlics, member of the Board of Riga International Airport, said: „By accomplishing the VIP Centre reconstruction project the airport has improved its position in the private aviation transport market.
