Ryanair Launches Riga - Manchester Route

Today, 7 November, the airline Ryanair commenced flights from Riga to Manchester, UK.
To celebrate the new route, a special football field shaped cake with the logo of the famous football team Manchester United was presented. Given the popularity of football in Manchester, all passengers of the first flight also received small chocolate footballs.

The airline will commence the flights with the aircraft Boeing 737-800 twice a week on Wednesdays and Sundays. Duration of the flight is 2 hours and 40 minutes.

Please also note that on Thursday, 8 November, the airline Ryanair will resume flights to Bremen, Germany.
