Transfer passengers arriving from Dublin are subject to additioinal security check

Further to the announcement of the European Commission that security measures at Dublin Airport do not comply with the EC basic standard, all passengers arriving from Dublin at Riga International Airport are subject to the procedure applied to passengers arriving from a third country. Accordingly, transfer passengers arriving from Dublin, their hand baggage and hold baggage are subject to security check. This procedure is not applied to passengers and their baggage, if Riga is their destination.
