Donations and gifting are one of the ways we support the community. These actions are carried out in accordance with the Law on the Prevention of Squandering of Public Funds and Property, related legal regulations, the airport’s internal policies and values, and the views of relevant stakeholders.

To contribute to public welfare in line with the priorities, principles, and support directions outlined in our Community Support Policy, we donate financial resources and property to activities that meet one or more of the following criteria:

• Deliver significant long-term impact and public benefit
• Are implemented on a broad scale
• Encourage involvement from large community groups and/or our employees
• Have costs proportionate to the expected economic impact (short- and long-term)
• Are led by entities with sufficient experience in project implementation
• Help strengthen our brand value and reputation

Donation applications can be submitted by emailing us at [email protected]. Each application is reviewed individually, taking into account the financial resources available. A formal donation agreement is signed for every approved donation.

Donation Usage Reporting

Recipients of donations must submit a written report to the airport by March 1 each year. The report should include:

• The purpose of the donation
• The amount received and how it was used
• Activities carried out
• An evaluation of the achievement of the donation’s goals and its contribution to society

The airport reserves the right to request additional information and documentation from the recipient and to verify the accuracy of the submitted data.

Annual Disclosure

Once a year, we publish information on the amount and recipients of each donation made and received.
