Giving donations (gifts) is a part of the airport’s corporate social responsibility and community investment policy; donation (gift) projects are charitable activities that can take the form of free-of-charge assistance in various public activities, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. When we provide such assistance, we sign a donation (gift) agreement.
Donations and gifts are defined in the Section 10 (3) of the Law on the Prevention of Misspending of the Funds and Property of Public Entities (‘Misspending Prevention Law’). It states that a gift (donation) is a free-of-charge transfer of funds or property from a public entity or a company to a private individual or another company, as well as a free-of-charge transfer of funds or property from a company to a public entity.
