Parking
- These terms and conditions apply to the Riga Airport services of car park booking purchased on the Airport’s e-shop book.riga-airport.com.
- Payment for the service can be made using VISA or Mastercard payment cards, or via online bank transfer.
- Fee is calculated for full days of twenty-four hours. In case of reservation of a shorter period than actual time of car park use, and reservation of a period shorter than a day of twenty-four hours, the consumer is not considered to have paid for full day of twenty-four hours, and the consumer is not entitled to use the parking lot beyond the reserved period of time without extra charge.
- To purchase the car park service, you need to fill in the requested data fields, approve the terms and conditions of sale, and make the payment using one of the offered forms of payment.
- When the customer purchases the car park service on the Airport’s e-shop, they will receive a service booking confirmation at the e-mail address indicated at the time of purchase.
- Upon booking the car park, the customer obtains a right to park their vehicle for the time and place allocated for the vehicle (according to the licence plate number) specified in the booking application.
- After successful reading of the number plate specified at the time of purchase, the parking barrier will open automatically. If the parking barrier does not open, the QR code provided on the purchase confirmation must be presented to the reader at the barrier. In case of failure or need of assistance, please contact the parking operator by pressing the call button. Important: When entering the car park, you do not need to take a separate entry ticket.
- You can enter the car park no sooner than 2 hours before the start of the booking and leave the car park within an hour after the end of the booking.
- If the actual time of car park use exceeds the time indicated in the booking application, the customer pays at the car park ticket machine in line with the price list for the actually exceeded time of use.
- If the actual time of car park use is shorter than the time indicated in the booking application, the difference in cash is not returned to the customer.
- On the Airport’s e-shop book.riga-airport.com, the customer can transfer the pre-booked appointment to another time or cancel it up to 2 hours before the service starts. After the time period mentioned, the customer loses the right of cancellation and the service fee is non-refundable, even if the customer has not used the reserved service in full or partially (for example, if the customer has mixed up the parking spaces, entered the car number incorrectly, missed the flight, the flight has been delayed, the customer has not used service due to the illness of their own or else’s, the customer has changed his mind about using the service, or for any other similar reason).
- The customer can change the specified vehicle (licence plate number) and the car park up to 2 hours before the start of the reservation by changing the booking data on the Airport’s e-shop book.riga-airport.com.
- Claims related to the purchase or use of a car-park service must be sent to e-mail [email protected].
- By buying the car park service on the e-shop book.riga-airport.com the customer confirms that they have read the terms and conditions of the Distance Agreement and agree to the contents of this contract.
- Discounts may be applied to RIX Club card customers.
RIX Fast Track
- The fee for the RIX Fast Track security service is EUR 10.00 (including VAT).
- Fast Track working hours: from 04:00 to 00:00.
- Payment for the service can be made using VISA or Mastercard payment cards, or via online bank transfer.
- The terms and conditions of sale apply to the RIX Fast Track service purchased at the Riga Airport on-line store book.riga-airport.com.
- In order to purchase the service, it is necessary to fill in the required data fields, confirm the terms of sale and make a payment using one of the offered payment methods.
- When purchasing the RIX Fast Track service at the Airport’s on-line store, you will receive a coupon with a unique QR code to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase. The coupon is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The coupon with the QR code is only valid together with a boarding pass and can be used once.
- You have the right to cancel the unused service purchased at the Airport’s on-line store within 14 days after receiving the confirmation of the ordered service.
- To return the service, the application must be completed and sent to the e-mail address [email protected] no later than 14 days from the date of purchase of the service.
- Any claims related to the purchase or use of the service should be sent to [email protected].
- By purchasing the service at book.riga-airport.com on-line store, you confirm that you have read the terms of the Distance Agreement and agree to the content of this agreement.
RIX Club card
- These terms and conditions apply to the Riga Airport Privilege Programme RIX Club Card purchased on the Airport’s e-shop book.riga-airport.com
- The RIX Club card provides the following privileges:
- RIX Fast Track, when travelling together with a RIX Club member, is also available to one guest and the member’s children.
- Access to the Business Lounge five times during the validity period of the card with a valid RIX Club card.
- Special price and RIX Club space in the airport's long-term car park P3, when leaving your car in P3 you can deposit your car keys with the car park operator free of charge.
- Option to purchase additional Business Lounge invitations at a special price of EUR 27.
- Check-in at the Business Class desk (Finnair, LOT Polish Airlines, Turkish Airlines, Lufthansa, airBaltic (baggage drop only), spouse and children can also enjoy the privilege when travelling with a RIX Club cardholder.
- Discounts and/or special offers offered by partners.
- Priority call to the Airport Enquiry Service 1817 from the telephone number provided in the form.
- To purchase RIXClub card, you need to fill in the requested data fields, approve the terms and conditions of sale, and make the payment using one of the offered forms of payment.
- Payment for the service can be made using VISA or Mastercard payment cards, or via online bank transfer.
- The RIX Club card is priced at EUR 249 and is valid for one year from the date of purchase. For the second and subsequent years of the RIX Club Card, the annual fee is EUR 229.
- The privileges of the RIX Club Card can only be used and enjoyed by the person whose name appears on the card. Transfer of the card to other persons is not allowed.
- To receive the privileges offered by the RIX Club card, the card must be presented before receiving a service, paying for a purchase or taking advantage of a special offer.
- In order to receive all the privileges offered by the card, the customer is obliged to notify changes in personal information (updating of name and change of contact details) to the e-mail address [email protected] at least 5 working days before the intended use of RIXClub Card.
- When purchasing a RIX Club Card at the Airport's online shop, the Customer will receive an e-mail with a digital card attached, with the card number and expiry date, to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase.
- The RIX Club Card may be used starting from the date indicated by the customer at the time of purchase as the effective start date of the card.
- The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchased service - RIX Club Card, within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the Distance Contract.
- If the use of RIXClub Card has been initiated, the right of withdrawal may be exercised by covering the cost of the services actually consumed, calculated at the price applicable to the relevant service without a RIX Club Card.
- By purchasing RIX Club Card at book.riga-airport.com, the Customer confirms that he/she has read the terms and conditions of the Distance Agreement and agrees to the contents of the Distance Contract.
- In order to exercise the right of withdrawal from the RIX Club Card, an application form must be completed and sent to the e-mail address [email protected] no later than 14 days from the date of purchase of the service.
- Complaints related to the purchase or use of the service should be sent to [email protected].
- The Airport reserves the right to unilaterally amend and supplement the terms and conditions of the RIX Club privileges programme at any time. The Airport reserves the right to change the price of the Card or to set a special price. The RIX Club Card is sold to the customer at the prices valid at the time of purchase.
- The Airport shall not be held liable for any deficiencies or reliability of the privileges offered by its partners, nor for their acts or omissions. All claims and demands in connection with the above shall be made against the respective cooperation partner.
Business Lounge
- The service fee is EUR 45.00 (including VAT).
- The price, terms and conditions of sale apply to the Primeclass Business Lounge service purchased at the Riga Airport on-line store book.riga-airport.com.
- Payment for the service can be made using VISA or Mastercard payment cards, or via online bank transfer.
- In order to purchase the service, it is necessary to fill in the required data fields, confirm the terms of sale and make a payment using one of the offered payment methods.
- When purchasing the Business Lounge service at the Airport’s on-line store, you will receive an e-mail with the service reservation confirmation to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase.
- One service provides a single access and is valid for one person on the date and time confirmed in the booking email. The service confirmation is valid with a boarding pass, which should be presented to a customer service representative at the Business Lounge.
- The duration of the service is 3 hours. If you want to extend your visit, an additional fee will be charged, and you will be able to pay at the Business Lounge.
- The service is available to all departing passengers, as well as to those travelling in transit through Riga (transit passengers travelling from non-Schengen countries must have a valid Schengen visa).
- Admission to the Business Lounge is free for children under 7 years of age.
- You have the right to cancel the unused service purchased at the Airport’s on-line store within 14 days after receiving the confirmation of the ordered service or until the start time specified in the purchase confirmation.
- To return the service, an application should be completed and sent to the e-mail address [email protected] no later than 14 days from the date of purchase of the service or until the start time specified in the purchase confirmation.
- Any claims related to the purchase or use of the service should be sent to [email protected].
- By purchasing the service at book.riga-airport.com on-line store, you confirm that you have read the terms of the Distance Agreement and agree to the content of this agreement.
